Hi how is it going
I need you to help me please, what happens is that there is a game that I really like is called 'The World Ends With You' and I would like to double it to Latin Spanish since there is a version also made by fans in Castilian (Spain) and I would like to do a translation and change the voices of the characters, but I do not know how to do with the file 'STRM' and how I can edit other things in the game, logo, etc ... It would be very helpful to explain step by step please ....

Hello!

I'm part of a team working on a translation project, but I'm having some trouble preparing the scripts! I'm really new to ROM Hacking and have tried numerous tutorials, but without any success :unsure:

I've tried CrystalTile, WindHex etc, but I barely understand them, so I'm not even sure if I've found the correct dialogue! There was a file called script.ssc, but it doesn't appear to have all the content.

as a huge fan of Uncharted Waters II for the SNES I hate how the series and the sequels has been criminally neglected outside Japan, with Koei rather opting to bring out tons of mediocre Dynasty Warrior games to American shores.

If you are a moderator and are face palming right now, I want to firstly apologize for double posting. I looked through the search function and found nothing, I have seen discussions but no codes yet to be thrown out there. So, I'll go a head and start this.

I'm in contact with a translator who is working on the scripts for Luminous Arc 3: Eyes, but I need some help with editing/repacking. The game had been partially translated from someone else(mostly battle menus and such, not the story), but he is long gone, and the site used for the translation no longer exists.

Hey, guys, I am having a weird problem with hex editing and was wondering if anybody could help me figure out what's going on.

I am trying to translate the descriptions of players in IE3 The Ogre, which are located in (data_iz/logic/unitbase.STR)
The Hex Editor I'm using is MadEdit.

I have no problem with the hex editing itself. As you can see in the picture below, what happens is that Roman Alphabet characters do not show up in-game. Only Japanese characters do. In fact, I am able to...

Hi all,

I am currently trying to edit a BW2 rom by changing the pokemon team used by the champions in the world tournament (red, blue, lance, steven, brock, misty etc, and for example, make lances' team full dragonites)

The only tool I have found is kazo's, but I cannot find any of the world tournament NPC's in the trainer editor.exe with the specified files of

B2/W2
trdata = a/0/9/1
trpoke = a/0/9/2

However, I can find all other NPC's (800 something of them)

Is anyone able to alter...

Hey there, not sure where to ask this. Sorry if this is the wrong thread.

My question is related to the NDS Pokemon .sav files. Are the .sav files cross version compatible? Like, could I run Pokemon White with a Pokemon Black .sav file or Pokemon Heartgold with Soulsilver .sav file? Would I be able to do that?

Weird Issues Importing Images with Tinke?

Hi! I'm trying to edit the graphics for the Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler NDS Game "Phantom and Ghost" The images are all stored as .obc/.bcg, so I've used an extractor, but I'm having some weird issues when importing images into Tinke.

The first thing I tried to edit was the games Japanese name tags (for some reason they're stored as images, not text.) But when I did, it changed the whole system colours.

As the topic says I made a patch to convert the psyfer release into the WRG patched release.

I have a new site over at 4shared.com which should be somewhat better than my lycos site:

The site appears as a virtual directory and the file you want is called is called nsmbpatch.zip.
What happened is WRG released a patched version of the ROM so it would work on normal flashcarts but when people tried to make an IPS/NINJA patch...
